To spawn a Maeguana in Ark Survival Ascended, you need to open up the command line and type the following cheat codes:

Tame Maeguana Spawn Command

cheat gmsummon "Maelizard_Character_BP_C" 150

The last number above will be the wild level it will spawn in at, and then it will get the full tame effectiveness and be a tame 225 Maeguana. 

Wild Maeguana Spawn Command

cheat SpawnDino "Blueprint'/Game/ASA/Dinos/Maelizard/Maelizard_Character_BP.Maelizard_Character_BP'" 500 0 0 150

The code above is all on one line and there is a space before the "Blueprint... For the above wild Maeguana spawn code, the last number (150) will be the number will be the level of the maewing-thing. The other three numbers from left to right are the distance the Maeguana will spawn from you on the x, y and z axis. 

Maeguana Saddle Spawn

admincheat gfi eliz 1 10 0

With this command the first number (1) is the quantity of saddles to be spawned in and the second number (10) is the saddle quality.  Saddles will appear in your inventory. 

Ark Black Pearl Spawn Command

To spawn in Black Pearls in ASE and ASA, bring up the command line and type

cheat gfi BlackPearl 100 0 0

The 100 in the code is the quantity of gasoline that will spawn into your inventory.  The number of black pearls is capped at 200, so a higher number than that will not work.  

In Ark black pearls weigh a ton, so spawn them in while you are next to some place to store them.

Wild Tek Giga Spawn Command Ark Survival Ascended

To spawn a wild Tek Giga in Ark Survival Ascended, you need to open up the command line and type the following cheat codes:

Wild Tek Giga Spawn Command

 admincheat SpawnDino "Blueprint'/Game/PrimalEarth/Dinos/Giganotosaurus/BionicGigant_Character_BP.BionicGigant_Character_BP'" 0 0 0 150

The code above is all on one line and there is a space before the "Blueprint... For the above wild Tek Giga spawn code, the last number (150) will be the number will normally be the level of the Tek Giganotosaurus, but since this is a Tek creature, the game applies the tek multiplier so this giga will be a level 180. The other three numbers from left to right are the distance the Giga will spawn from you on the x, y and z axis. 

Regular Giga Saddle Spawn

cheat gfi GigantSaddle 1 10 0

With this command the first number (1) is the quantity of saddles to be spawned in and the second number (10) is the quality of the saddle.  Saddles will appear in your inventory. 

Deinotherium Spawn Command Ark Survival Ascended

To spawn a Deinotherium in Ark Survival Ascended or Ark Survival Evolved (if you have the mod), you need to open up the command line and type the following cheat codes:

Tame Deinotherium Spawn Command

cheat gmsummon "DeinotheriumASA_Character_BP_C" 150

The last number above will be the wild level it will spawn in at, and then it will get the full tame effectiveness and be a tame 225 Deinotherium. 

Wild Deinotherium Spawn Command

For the above wild Deinotherium spawn code, the last number (150) will be the number will be the level of the big elephant. The other three numbers from left to right are the distance the Deinotherium will spawn from you on the x, y and z axis. 

Deinotherium Saddle Spawn

cheat gfi PrimalItemArmor_DeinotheriumSaddle 1 0 0

With this command the first number (1) is the quantity of saddles to be spawned in and the second number (10) is the saddle quality.  Saddles will appear in your inventory. 

Fabricator Cheat Code Ark Survival

To spawn in Fabricator in ASE and ASA, bring up the command line and type or paste the code:

cheat giveitemnum 182 1 0 0

The 1in the code is the quantity of fabricators that will spawn into your inventory.

Ark Element Spawn Command Cheat

To spawn in Element in ASE and ASA, bring up the command line and type or paste:

cheat gfi Element 100 0 0

The 100 in the code is the quantity of whole element that will spawn into your inventory.  The amount of element is capped at 100, so a higher number will not work.
